Oil sands study shows drop in emissions , but researchers urge caution
Canadian scientists have published a new paper which could help inform the country’s greenhouse gas emissions policy as it pursues its goal of reaching net net levels. The paper has been released by the Globe and Mail.The Guardian reports.
