National Defence skirted federal rules in using artificial intelligence , privacy commissioner says

The Canadian government has been accused of using artificial intelligence (AI) to shortlist candidates for a recruitment campaign, the Privacy Commissioner’s office has told The Globe and Mail, amid concerns over privacy and human-rights concern, it has emerged.
