The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has been accused of failing to disclose contracts, appointments and awards from entities in China, US officials have told a jury in New York on Monday. The lawyers of Gang Chen, who was arrested for allegedly making “false, highly inflammatory” comments.
