Non - surgeon medical staff can perform safe operations

Surgeons who are not qualified to perform hernia operations should be given the go-ahead, according to researchers at the Royal College of Psychiatry and Infectious Diseases (R&A) in New York, South Africa and the Democratic Republic of Ireland.
