Accountable Now Launches a National Effort to Track Uses of Force
"We just don't know how force is used every single day, thousands of times," says Lynda Garcia, the director of the policing programme at the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. "I feel pretty indignant about the fact that police departments are trouble telling you how many people they shot the year before."
