PH open finance rules readied for Q2 BSP – Manila Bulletin
The Philippines’ governor has announced plans to establish an open finance ecosystem in a bid to make it more accessible to consumers and businesses in the country’s financial markets, according to the govnor of the island. They say they hope to conclude the draft circular within the second quarter.
