Artsakh parliament speaker appeals to UN , UNESCO , OSCE and World Council of Churches
A leading Armenian politician has called on the UN and the OSCE to end hostilities in the area of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict following a military occupation by Azerbaijan on September 27 2020 against the Republic of Artsakh in southern Armenia.
