Trumpf acquires and partners with software firm Lantek
US engineering firm Trumpf has bought software house Lantek, which develops software for sheet metal processing, independent of the manufacturer, it has been announced by the company's chief executive Alberto López de Biñapre. Spanish firms say the acquisition is a “step towards the process outsourcing”.
