Measuring barriers to fistula care : investigating composite measures for targeted fistula programming in Nigeria and Uganda

A study of barriers to surgical fistula care in Nigeria and Uganda has developed a composite measure to reduce the backlog of women with the condition. The findings have been published in the British Medical Journal. A further study outlines the design and setting.
