A call for frankness as cabotage decision looms
Malaysia’s maritime lawyers have called on the government to acknowledge the capabilities it has in its submarine cabotage policy, according to the Freedom of Movement (FMT) newspaper in the capital, Kuala Lumpur, on Monday.
