Microsoft and the Linux Foundation launch green software initiative

Microsoft has launched a new initiative to help the software industry contribute to the climate change ambitions of the world's largest technology giant - the Green Software Foundation (GSF) in the New York Stock Exchange, which aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 45%.
