Evanston CIO Stowe Absorbs New Role , Responsibilities
A new chief executive (CIO) has been appointed to oversee services in the Isle of Man during the Covid-19 pandemic, the city manager has confirmed. Luke Stowe is a former IT developer and elected chairman for the local government.
