FTC , Congress could join the right - to - repair fight
The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has called for a change in the law on right-to-repair complaints across consumer products.The FTC says it is calling on the industry to make changes to its rules. The BBC's Chris Stokel-Walker looks at the issue.
