Plugging the gaps of smart cities | Borneo Bulletin Online
The world's biggest cities have been urged to improve their governance of smart city technologies, according to a report published by the World Economic Forum (WEF), which aims to strengthen the understanding of the technology. They are also being encouraged by government officials.
