Hong Kong will pass a tough anti - doxxing law that may curb freedom of information

Hong Kong's government has passed a bill which will give the Privacy Commissioner the power to investigate doxxing and block websites without the consent of their users, according to reports from the local broadcaster Xinhua . Why?
