Total of €72 , 000 allocated by local Minister to Big Tom Memorial Garden in Monaghan
A memorial garden dedicated to the late Big Tom McBride has been given a further funding boost from the Department of Rural and Community Development (DRD) in the south west of the Isle of Man, the BBC has learned.A new scheme is being launched in County Monaghan.
