China cyber warfare has grown on the back of civilian recruits
China’s Ministry of State Security has been given the power to wage cyber operations across the world, according to the Chinese intelligence agency (INSA) and the army of civilian recruits. The BBC's Geeta Pandey looks at how it handled cyber attacks.
