International GovTech maturity lower than expected says World Bank Global Government Forum
Governments should focus more on digital participation platforms to improve interconnectivity, data exchange and interoperability, according to a report from the World Bank, the Bank of England has warned.GovTech initiatives are often fragmented and disconnected by citizen engagement lacking.
