Multinational payments giant completes acquisition of Kildare fintech business

The Australian-based payments firm Sentenial has been bought by a French company. Another firm is based in Kildare, County Tyrone, according to the Financial Conduct Authority (EML) and the Bank of Ireland (Fed) regulators.
