UPDATE : Student COVID - 19 quarantines dropped by 70 since last week
The number of new cases of COVID-19 in the US state of Virginia has fallen to its lowest level since the beginning of the pandemic, according to the state's Department of Health. The latest figures have shown a rise in infection rates.
