Africa : New Tools to Map Flood Risk Will Help Bring Disaster Planning Up to Date
Floods are the biggest natural disasters in the world, according to the United Nations' flood forecasting body, the World Environment Agency (WWF). The latest figures show that almost half of the damage caused by the storms have been reported.
