Belarus Ranked Seventh From the Bottom in the Digital Freedom Index
Belarus has been named the country with the highest level of digital freedom in the world, according to a new study by the ProtonVPN team which published the Digital Freedom Index for the first time in more than two decades, and released on Sunday.
