DOST - Calabarzon , Sta . Rosa ink MOA on smart city assessment , roadmap devt project – Manila Bulletin

A deal has been reached to transform Santa Rosa, Laguna, to become a high-level smart city in the southern Mexican city of Calabarzon, the government has confirmed. However, it does not necessarily mean that it will be sustainable.
