Sentencing Law and Policy : Perhaps more guns explains why we have more gun homicides and more gun crimes

When George Floyd was killed in police custody in Minneapolis last year, police were finding firearms more often than in the past, according to a new report from the FBI’s chief constable, James Jeffrey, in Washington, DC.
