Eric Adams Says Hell Restore Solitary Confinement on Rikers Island
The mayor of New York City has announced that he's moving inmates from solitary confinement back into the general population, in a bid to reverse the decision to move the jail from "punitive segregation" to "full-scale" prisoners.
