Edmonton 311 snow on walk complaints soaring , already exceed last winter total
The number of complaints filed to a Canadian city during the winter of 2020 has risen to its highest level in more than 100 years, according to the Environment Canada agency (Environmental Canada) and Environment Authority (Ecovi) figures for the first time.
