OSCE supports anti - corruption initiative in Uzbekistan

The OSCE project co-ordinator in Uzbekistan has held an open data mapping exercise aimed at improving anti-corruption in the country. The BBC's Catherine Onyiliogwu looks at how it handled the challenges of using open technologies.
