Local officials hope national opioid settlement will help curb crisis
The US state of Illinois is set to receive $76 million in settlements to help tackle opioid addiction, according to a local authorities spokesman for the Southern state Attorney General Brandon Zanetti. However, he does not know how much it will be worth.
