WHO calls for caution as COVID - 19 restrictions eased in Africa

African countries are increasingly curtailing Covid-19 contact tracing measures, according to a World Health Organization official in Geneva, in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. WHO has warned that nearly half of all countries in Africa are no longer carrying out comprehensive surveillance.
