EC opens infringement proceedings against Bulgaria on electricity risk plan
Bulgaria has been accused of failing to communicate its national rules on electricity risk preparedness, a European Commission spokeswoman has told EU officials in the wake of the country’s latest infringement notice. However, the EU has said that it failed to submit certain information.
