EC opens infringement proceedings against Bulgaria on electricity risk plan
The European Commission has issued a formal notice against Bulgaria for failing to submit electricity risk preparedness plans to the EU member states, which failed to communicate their national measures. However, Bulgaria has been accused of failure to do so.
