NetApp acquires Canberra Instaclustr - Strategy - Software

Cloud storage firm Instaclustr has been bought by a leading Australian firm for $1.3bn (£1.2bm) in an effort to boost productivity and reduce costs of deploying open-source applications. Another acquisition is being made by NetApp.
