Nine landlords sanctioned by Residential Tenancies Board for improper conduct
Landlords in Northern Ireland have been fined more than €1m for breaching rent pressure zones, according to the latest statistics from the Republic of Ireland’s residential tenants watchdog, the BBC has learned. They may be subject to investigation.
