Nine landlords sanctioned by Residential Tenancies Board for improper conduct
Landlords in Northern Ireland have been fined more than 1m for breaching rent pressure zones, according to the latest statistics from the Republic of Irelands residential tenants watchdog, the BBC has learned. They may be subject to investigation.
