Basildon Council pays out £1 . 1million to senior staff leaving roles
Senior staff at Basildon Council were paid more than £1m to leave their roles in the financial year 2020-21, according to figures released by the local authority’s trade unions, BBC News Scotland has learned. They were made redundant or resigned.
