State Comptroller DiNapoli Releases Audits
The New York City Department of Education (DOE) failed to fulfil a detailed cost breakdown of services provided to children in special educational schools, according to the state authority's preschool special education committee. Auditors have found the corporation did not comply with the Reimbursable Cost Manual.
