Break and enters reported at five Scarborough homes ( April 19 )

The number of residential breaks and enters in Toronto has fallen to its lowest level in more than a year, according to the latest figures from the city’s police chiefs.The neighbourhoods have reported fewer incidents than they were in the previous week.
