Thane included in top 10 cities of country in Open Data Week competition under Smart Cities Mission
Thanekars in the southern Indian city of Uttar Pradesh have been given the chance to use their smart cities to promote the government's Open Data Policy - which it says could help them get a better idea of how they will work.
