State Comptroller DiNapoli Releases Audits
The US Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has been accused of failing to meet environmental standards following a review into the use of sewage pollution in the New York State. Auditors found the Department paid over $3.20 million on behalf of members who were not eligible for health insurance.
