PLDT queries Open Access plan definition of fair competition
The Philippines’ Public Communications Department (PLDT) has called on the government to clarify its plans for a new broadband infrastructure which will allow telecom operators to compete for the scarce frequency of internet connections without obtaining their licence or provisional authority.
