Brazil to enter Open Health - ThePaypers
The Brazilian government has announced plans to launch a new health service which aims to stimulate competition in the banking sector, according to the state-owned financial agency Valor Investe, in Rio de Janeiro, and the National Public Health Agency (NHS).
