New city data shows 40 people a night on average turned away from Toronto homeless shelters
The number of homeless people in Toronto denied shelter in the first six months of the year is "unacceptable, deeply concerning", according to the city's Shelter Support and Housing Administration (Ssha). But what does this mean for those who claim they are unable to get a bed?
