NAO guide for senior government leaders flags barriers to better data use
Data sharing is a barrier to effective data use in government, according to the spending watchdog, the Office for National Audit (NAO) has warned. Why is it so difficult to improve data usage in the UK, asks the BBC's Christine Lagarde.
