Europe to Purchase Millions of Omicron - Containing Bivalent COVID - 19 Vaccines
Moderna's Covid-19 vaccine will be deferred to later in 2022, following a deal with the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Both parties have agreed to buy an additional 15 million doses of vaccines for use in global vaccination efforts.
