Kuwait ranks 61st in global e - govt development index ; e - services index drops 14 places
Kuwait’s e-government ranking has fallen to its lowest level in the world, according to a report from the Al-Qabas local newspaper on Tuesday October 23 and reports from Qatar's capital, Doha, and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
