Why was Met forecast way off the mark ?
The government in Bangladesh has been accused of misleading the country s weather forecasts when Cyclone Sitrang started moving over land on Monday afternoon, according to the state minister for disasters, Mohsen Mohaini, in the capital, Dhaka.
