TCS , UofT team up with plan to create urban data set for smart cities
Cities across the world are struggling to access to huge sources of urban data, according to research by a consultancy firm based at the University of Toronto's School of Urban Data Centre, in Toronto, United States, and Canadian researchers IDC.
