European Union ( EU ): Frontex Complicit in Abuse in Libya
The use of aerial surveillance to intercept migrants’ boats in the central Mediterranean makes the EU complicit in abuse, Human Rights Watch and Border Forensics have said. Migrants and asylum seekers face systematic and widespread abuses.
