Public - Private Collaboration Taking Rwanda EdTech Ecosystem to Greater Heights
Rwanda's EdTech programme has opened its doors for the first time in more than a decade, according to the Ministry of Education and the ICT Chamber of Representatives (Mastercard Foundation) in Kigali, in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the BBC has learned.
