Texas DIR Appoints Neil Cooke to Lead State Data Initiatives
The chief data officer of Texas has been appointed to the state’s highest level of data governance, the US Department of Information Resources has announced. Neil Cooke is a former employee of the Open Data Portal, who served in the interim capacity when Ed Kelly retired.
