EU Cohesion Policy : More than 258 million for a just climate transition in Slovenia
The European Union has announced a funding package to support the transition between coal and renewable energy sources in southern Slovenia and the region of Zasavje, which includes mining and coal blocks in Velenje and Zotanj thermal power plant.
